Is it against the rules to host a forum on my website. i have looked and searched but i am not finding anything about it. also if it is okay can anyone point me in the right direction on building one. i have a little html exp. but i am useing dreamweaver now and was useing frontpage.

Just look in your cPanel, then in Fantastico or Softaculous.
There are lots of forums you can install automatically from there.
It would hardly be likely that x10 would provide these for you to install, if it was against their own rules now, would it?!
