Hosting Acc. Not Created

Hi,

I signed up for a hosting account. I even received an e-mail that my account is created. But nothing is diaplayed in the "Hosting" section in the control panel as well as I'm unable to log into my account through the cPanel link. Please resolve this problem. Please.....
