Hosting Account Creation.

Hi, I am new and I don't know where to post this, but I can't seem to register and hosting account on your site:nuts:.It says:
"We're sorry, but we currently block requests from your country for various reasons. Please post on our forums for support." Any idea how i can create an account? I need it.
