Hosting Account Deactivated

Hi, I've had my hosting account and website running well but it just disappeared the past few days. Can I know the reason? Thank you.

There is no hosting account linked with your forum account.Post your Cpanel username so i can verify.

NOTE:If you were inactive for more than 41 days then it might have got terminated.To remain active you must had logged in forums once in 31 days

unfortunately there is no account with cPanel username "cashtan" in the system. You can create a new account now.
