Hosting account deleted or suspended

Dear sir/madam

I am having some issues with my hosting account. When I try to enter the URL http://www.spow.tk I receive this error page: http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/. On entering my X10hositng account I find no email notifications alerting me as to why my account has been suspended and when I click the 'hosting' link at the top of my account panel it asks me if I want to request a hosting account.

Please help me put this right as I am about to apply for college and I require a sample of work to convey my interest in the subject of web design and was planning to use SPOW.

That domain is attached to ANOTHER forum account, a somewhat longer name, and uses an email that ends @hotmail.co.uk

The account is suspended for inactivity, meaning you did not log into these forums for at least 31 days with the forum account linked with that hosting.
