Hosting account disapeared

I opened a ticket days ago about not being to access my site at http://fullmetalomelette.x10hosting.com (hosted on Lotus) that has been completely ignored... just recently my free hosting account disappeared in the cpanel manager as well. What is going on? Can't anyone help me? I thought this was a reliable service!

Your account did not survive the move of data centers.

They might have backups, they might not. Currently they have other things to do and are not going back and trying to find any "lost" accounts.

Well that's just great. Thought x10hosting was actually reliable, guess not.
