My Hosting Account is Suspended. Plz help me sir...

Hi there, goto http://x10hosting.com/control/ and log in there. Then, goto Hosting > Suspensions and tell me what it says for the latest reason.

There is zero tolerance for nulled scripts. Your account is permanently suspended.

Adding on to what calistoy said, you will NOT regain access to your account to get files or databases. You was told that backing up is your responsibility. This is highlighted in Section 6 of the Terms Of Service.

Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the terms outlined on this page.
