Hosting Account Main Domain Modification problem

Hi,
I requested a Hosting Account Main Domain Modification from sergieli.x10.mx to worrob.co.cc.
Here it says that everything is ok, and the modification is done, but I go to worrob.co.cc I don't have the file that I have upload in the cpanel.
Also, I have problems to have ftp access.

Even though x10hosting gives you the option to use that domain, it isn't owned nor controlled by x10hosting. You need to go to co.cc and register it for free there. Then set the nameservers to:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
