Hosting account missing

My hosting account got suspended for inactivity (not logging in to forums)
But when I click the hosting tab, it says I don't have a hosting account.

You can link the forum account with hosting from your account panel http://x10hosting.com/control

What was your Cpanel username and the server name ?

Go to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with cPanel username and password.
Go to "Account" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "forum account".

Enter your existing forums account there and Click on Swap Forum Account Link.

Note: Make sure that the email of client account and forums account is same, otherwise you will get an error.

i have relinked my forum account (which is the same one as the original) and it still says i dont have a hosting account!

Edit:

i need help here, it has been so many days and i still cannot see my hosting account, how am i able to unsuspend myself??

will this be fixed if i buy the inactivity timer here: http://x10hosting.com/forums/payments.php
i'll buy it immediately if it fixes this frustrating problem

i just found out that i have another forum account here.
i have already swapped my username to zinex1991 but it still says i dont have a hosting account

can someone help me check which forum account is linked to my hosting account? thanks
