Hosting Account Not Activating in 3 days.

My old hosting account recently got suspended for inactivity so i would like to reopen another account as other one was deleted.

So i do this and its been 'pending' for about 3 days
i do believe this is a error because people on IRC said it is usually instant.

I was tending a different user who kept opening multiple tickets, sorry about that.

We ran into some issues with Chopin and Boru the other day, Boru in particular took a while to find the large files that were causing the disk to remain 100% full. Far as I know that's what's causing the signup delay - for a good day we lost Boru for signups since there wasn't any room left, and Chopin was also full for a bit. Normally the timeframe is 72hr but that also assumes all 4 servers are accepting, which they weren't. At the moment I'm not sure how far back the queue's stacked up, but I'm guessing it's decently far given that Boru was off for a full day. It'll catch up, but this is one of the unusual cases where it'll be longer than 72hr before it creates

If it ends up having an issue during creation it'll fire off an email with an error code; keep an eye out for either that, or the "hosting account created" email
