Hosting account not created.

Greetings.

I just signed up for one of the free hosting accounts a couple of hours ago. It sat on "pending" for a while, then it became "process wait" (if I recall correctly). Now, it says I have no hosting account at all. I tried to sign up for one again, and it told me I was either using a proxy, or tried to register multiple times.

Could someone please tell me what happened with the hosting I was waiting to have made active?

Is there a reason listed for the failed account creation?

None whatsoever. It was there waiting to be activated when I checked on it, I came back about twenty minutes later, clicked "Update," and there was a big yellow box basically telling me, "OOPS! You don't appear to have any hosting associated with this account." It quite literally vanished as if I'd never signed up for one. Even now, my management panel shows I only have a forum account.
