Hosting account not synchronized

I created an account on October 8th of this year, and am currently waiting for my account to get synchronized. I was forewarned that this would take some time, but almost a month has passed and it is just getting ridiculous now. Please look into the matter.

Your starcore domain name is not registered at co.cc . You have to go there and sign up for it and set the nameservers to
