Hosting Account Password Change

I requested a change of password for my account 2 days ago. It has worked for my forum/account panel login, but is still on process wait for my hosting account. I cannot, as a result of this, login to cPanel or FTP.

When I try to connect to ftp://ftp.serialvelocity.x10.mx (i assume this is correct?) windows explorer gives me some cannot connect error.

You will be able to sync your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
