the time of submission for the creation was 5:10 am but it has still not gotten activated. Please help.

Hi nikhat88,

All hosting account creation requests are placed in a queue and are tended to in the order in which they were submitted. Your account will be created and activated once the accounts registered before you are created. If your account has not been created within 24-36 hours of your sign-up time, please post back here and an account manager will be able to help you.

Also... You should probably notice that there are a larger amount of accounts in the creation queue then normal... It might be a little while until the account is created. Meanwhile I would probably work on the site you are planning to put online on there. (Source: LadyAnna, another thread)
