Hosting account possibly deleted

I have been a member and user of your services for many years. I seem to have found myself in a possibly unfortunate situation.

I aim to regularly login to my website account but my hosting account appears to be deleted. I've missed the warning emails, as they were sent to an email address I rarely use. I use my website for my email requirements.

I would very greatly appreciate my hosting account being restored or any backup available emailed to me, so I can avoid further disruptions in accessing my website and using your services.

My account appears to have been deleted as well. I posted about it last Saturday but have gotten no response.

Unfortunately that domain is indeed returning that it has been erased; the username had been markw, but was terminated after an inactivity suspension had gone unresolved. As part of this, we no longer have backups of the account; all files and/or databases contained on it would have been erased along with any backups during the termination process. You can still recreate the account if you wish, but would need to restore from a local backup if you still have one.

Thank you for your response. I would like to recreate my account, but cannot select the domain exofire.net from the hosting registrations webpage.

Would you please create my hosting account on my behalf?

Unfortunately we don't have a way to manually create accounts due to the number of inter-system links that need to be created with it; you would likely need to pick an alternate subdomain option since it does appear exofire.net isn't available for new signups at this time.
