Hosting Account problem

My hosting account is hosted on the lotus server. I have not been able to log in. When I check the site that i have set up , it returns a 404 error. So what's going on. Also I can't login to my cPanel.

The url "http://ckhuptong.pcriot.com/b2evolution/blogs/" directs me to a page called "My Likes and Dislikes". Try clearing your temp internet files and/or preforming a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5).

Hey that reply was quick. But the problem is I can't access the site nor my cPanel from my system at all. A hard refresh and clearing the temp folder does not help. I am using firefox. It seems you can access my site from there.
