hosting account reset

could you please delete my hosting account, because i messed up and i don't know how to get it right.

my account was terminated and then re-created, but now the user panel says that my url is redspiderplanet.x10.mx but when i visit that url, i get a page from http://hosting.x10hosting.com/ that this page doesn't exist
