Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may only contain alphabetic and numeric characters.

Try registering for a new account that only has letters and numbers. Symbols are not allowed.
