Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may only contain alphabetic and numeric characters.

The error code provided is: 0899F926

Try this:
Got to your Hosting Control Panel. Click Hosting at the top. Cancel Attempt.
Then try to sign up again.
