Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code 0899F926)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may only contain alphabetic and numeric characters.

The error code provided is: 0899F926

Please cancel the sign up attempt in your Account Panel at Hosting and try signing up again. This is probably a temporary issue and glitch from server transfers.

Also, remember to have only alphabet and numbers in your username.

I canceled it but then when i create a new one and go to the account panel it is still on the same account as before.

My user name is #1awa.......which has the "#" in it....Is there anyway to change the user name? Or just delete the entire account and totally start over ?
