Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code 0899F926)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may only contain alphabetic and numeric characters.

The error code provided is: 0899F926

Hang on... your telling me that to get a simple thing fixed I need to go through the whole registration process again, and you cant login from the back end and remove the non alphanumeric or numeric character. Not to mention that if this is an error that has no fix from the back end and requires the user to have to re-register and waste more of their time, then should be a simple, "Please only use alphanumeric or numeric characters in your user name". For a 'web hosting' company, your not very user friendly.
I was actually testing your site to se if I would like to purchase hosting through you, instead of using the free option, and have decided against it due to your lack of ability to provide proper customer support instead of telling me 'Look at the error'. I have looked at the error and I cant fix it that's why I sent a service request.
What a waste of time!
