Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The username projekto is already in use.

The error code provided is: 1396A97A

Your Hosting account is already created. bottom right of this error, click on cancel attempt. and then view your account info by clikcing on Hosting on TOP menu.
