Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The username wsid is already in use.

The error code provided is: 203C5CE1

I see an active hosting account for you, with that username, looks like there was a double submit possibly.

Is there still any issues with this?
