Hello duboy,

New Account Panel and signup system is not fully online at the moment. Admins are working on it. Wait for these upgrades to be done. Then signup again.

Will I be able to simply click the "Reattempt Signup" button? or will I have to completely sign up for a new account from scratch?

If I sign up from scratch, and if I want the same domain as before, will that be available for me? Also, will I be able to use the same e-mail address?

If your email is registered then you cannot use same email. Since the updation is going on there are problems with signup.But you can try
