Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of a "system error." I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

I fixed the error with your sign-up and sent it to create. I had to change the hosting username to "ntanta2" instead of "ntanta."

This is not true at all. The issues over the last few days have affected less than a quarter of our free hosting accounts.
