Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code 98A53CEF)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of a "system error." I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error code provided is: 98A53CEF

I thought had a hosting account set up previously; info follows:

cPanel URL: http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082

You need to cancel the signup you previously tried, and signup again, only for the hosting.

Hmmmm...I just tried that, and got the same error:

98A53CEF result
An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. This error was fatal to the request. Please reattempt your hosting signup again or create a support request.

I'm using (or trying to use) the user name "redoak", and the domain "http://redoakranch.x10hosting.com". Is it b0rking cos I did have that at one time...? Or operator error still on my part? I can't login to:

cPanel URL: http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082

with "redoak", and that had worked previously, as had my website... :-(

Help...?

p.s. JUST now tried again, with a different "new" user name (wondering if the "old" one of redoak was the problem) - same error code. Nerts. I haven't tried changing "http://redoakranch.x10hosting.com" - because that IS the url my friends/peers already have, as that WAS the site that was working...

FWIW, when I try to hit http://redoakranch.x10hosting.com/ directly (to see if anyone else grabbed it while I'm trying to get it working again ), it doesn't 404, it churns until the attempt times out.
