Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code 98A53CEF)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of a "system error." I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error code provided is: 98A53CEF

Same as before.

Username: redoak
Website Address: http://redoakranch.x10hosting.com

I have cancelled the signup attempt, waited a day, and tried again (and at least once with a different user name), with the same results. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The domain (redoakranch.x10hosting.com) is already registered, Choose another domain and try again.

Zubair, I know that name is already registered - it's MINE!! LOL *That's* the problem. When I sign into the Hosting Account panel, I get the message saying I do not have a Hosting Account set up. I thought perhaps my redoakranch domain had gotten deleted; however when I couldn't re-create it I started wondering if it was still hanging out there somewhere. I can't log into it though, with the user name I had set up (redoak).

Did the link between that and my forum account get nipped perhaps..?
