Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The username honedu is already in use.

The error code provided is: 9A3859AD

Your account has been created. Simply go to your account panel, click to view hosting details, and when you get to that error, click on cancel attempt. Let us know if you can't view your hosting details after that.
