Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed. \r\n\r\nThe signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible. \r\n\r\nThe error message provided is: User names may not begin with a numeric character. \r\n\r\nThe error code provided is: BB796E23 \r\n\r\nPLEASE CHANGE LOGIN TO DEUCE6X6

I can't change my login nickname... can't get to my website. Not sure what my subdomain is. I know it's on x10hosting.com... not sure what the ????????.x10hosting.com would be. Surprised there's no Welcome message reiterating it.
