Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may not begin with a numeric character.

The error code provided is: BB796E23

Please go here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, and then cancel account creation. Don't log out. Then go and try to sign up again. Make sure that you don't choose a username that begins with a number.
