Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code BB796E23)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User names may not begin with a numeric character.

Although my username does not even have a single numeric character in it.

The error code provided is: BB796E23

Try canceling the sign up attempt and try signing up again for an account. Starting the process over seems to work well for most users.

These errors are caused by the ongoing server transfers and upgrades.

NO they are not! I have said it a bunch of times but people keep saying this. New sign-ups are not affected at all by the migration!
