Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

I had canceled and signed up a couple of times after changing my password but no dice. I guess the password change didn't take immediate effect; signup went through fine this time around.
