Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

The error code provided is: C0D0B733

I did every thing ( cancllled , changed pass, resigned ) but still on ,, so what ?

Every password that you have supplied for a hosting account signup has been 19 characters long. Change your client account password, cancel the hosting signup attempt, and try again.

No, it wasn`t 19 I`m sure !!!! I changed million of times to something between ( 1-16) but it is still the trouble
