Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

The error code provided is: C0D0B733

i have some problems with the password. The password chosen is 8 characters in length but the problem still appear.

Cancel your hosting signup and then try again.

You will need to cancel your signup attempt and then start over fresh to resolve this error. Have you tried that? And make sure that the password you supply on your new signup is between 1 and 16 characters in length.
