Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The username theone is already in use.

The error code provided is: C78D486F

Can you guys please change it to "mrallaroundyout543"

Cancel your current signup attempt and start over selecting a different username with your new signup attempt.

Your account is already created by the username theone.

We currently can't change usernames and 'mrallaroundyout543' is way too long anyway. cPanel only allows up to 8 character usernames.
