Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code D725D536)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User passwords cannot contain the user name supplied for the account.

I have CHANGED my Password to rectify this about 5 hours back.

The error code provided is: D725D536

It has been 24 hrs since I posted this query, and I have yet to receive a response.

Try signup again.This might be a temporary problem.Mostly works in second attempt

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password

then Click on Hosting.

If a box like this is appearing then Click on Cancel

Then go to http://x10hosting.com/signup.php and signup again.
