Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User passwords cannot contain the user name supplied for the account.

The error code provided is: D725D536

Login here, https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, then cancel/delete creation. Then go try to sign up again, and this time leave your username out of your chosen password.
