Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User passwords cannot contain the user name supplied for the account.

The error code provided is: D725D536

The error message is exactly what it says. The password cannot contain the username in it.

For example, if your username is star, your password cannot be starry because it contains star somewhere in the name.

Basically, the whole username cannot be found anywhere in the password.

This is for account security.

Cancel your creation attempt in the account panel and then try to sign up again.
