Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User passwords cannot contain the user name supplied for the account.

The error code provided is: D725D536

Go to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, log in, click on Hosting at the top, then click on cancel attempt. Don't log out, just go straight to trying to sign up again. Remember to leave your username out off your password.
