Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: User passwords cannot contain the user name supplied for the account.

The error code provided is: D725D536

Go log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, click on cancel attempt. Do not log out. Try to sign up again for an account. Remember to leave your user name out of your password.
