Hosting Account Signup Failure (Error Code E0F5B194)

Hello, I need help regarding my hosting account signup that has failed.

The signup has failed as the result of an error. I would like to resolve this and start using my hosting account as soon as possible.

The error message provided is: The username dmcantwe is already in use.

The error code provided is: E0F5B194

I had an error before this that was different. I'm not really sure whats going on.

Looks like a glitch; I'm showing an account created under your forum username with the same cpanel username - looks like it tried to create it twice and errored the second time cause it worked the first time. Should be all set to use
