Hosting Account Signup not signing up the account. - forum username

Hi Team,

I believe you are aware of this but I keep on receiving this error.

Result : An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. This error was fatal to the request. Please reattempt your hosting signup again or create a support request.

I tried it multiple times but it didn't push thru. I tried clicking the "Open Support request" but it says that its currently saying that "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news."

I'm looking for ways to activate my account as soon as possible.

p.s : Is there any way that I can get my forum username to be changed as blood618 ? or something else? ... I'm currently worried about privacy issues. Thanks !~

Can you try to use another username when you register, other than a2step.

I was able to register as A2Square I'll just change the domain to A2step.

I have another concern though. is there anyway I can change the bdongeto61879 to blood618 username ? ... should i register blood618 with same e-mail and then swap it? would that work ?
