Hosting Account Space Upgrade (rirume.com)

I have read your terms for having an upgrade in my hosting account and i think i met the requirements.

My website is a small Online store and everydays news of Japanesse animation stuff.

Well i have no response of any mod/admin. At least could you tell me if my website can apply to the upgrade? because i have already reached 4XXmb of 512mb assigned.

Guys your products are awesome but your service with your clients (at least with the users who have free accounts) is lacking...

Please tell me if it is possible, i'm really interested in trying for a full membership but i can't buy anything without at least try your service for a while... and i'm in the worst kind of account (one with 512mb of space and the standard is 1gb for what i know from other users comments).

I hope any admin/mod read this and help me with this request.
