Hosting Account Space Upgrade

I would like to access greater than 1000mb in my free account. I previously requested, but the issue was closed without an answer.

The other one was escalated which causes it to close on the forums (it'll receive replies via the other ticket system we have that staff use), but I lifted it from here anyways.
