Hosting Account Space Upgrade

I would like to request "Unmetered" space for my account.
After reading through the guidelines, I feel I fit the criteria for the request.
Also could you separate the mail server quota from the general quota, because as soon as I reached the quota, I was not receiving emails. I didn't even know about this quota because it was unlimited before and I never noticed it changing.

But I have not yet received an upgrade for my data.

Unfortunately at this time, the account does not qualify for the upgrade as it is hosting 1.9GB of files that are completely unrelated to the main website. This does also unfortunately mean it has been suspended due to the file storage, as this is against our Terms of Service.
