Hosting Account Space Upgrade

Can you please let me know if I can get a Hard drive space upgrade on my account. I should be within the eligable guidelines.

Most of the space on your account is currently due to the Softaculous backups present; because of this it wouldn't qualify for the upgrade, but those backups could be removed through file manager or Softaculous to give more available space:
