Hosting Account Space Upgrade

Hi, I would like to request more space for my free hosting. I'm at the limit now of 1GB. It is a forum, and I provide help to other members. A automotive forum. I cannot load all the files at this time. Please advise. My request would be for at least 3GB. http://dennyshangout.x10.mx/dennysplace/posting.php?mode=edit&f=11&p=324

At the moment, when I try to add to a post, I get this info:

But as I look at my used space, in the cpanel, it shows red, and at my limit.

How long does it take to get an answer on this. I read somewhere about no hurry. But, I am in a slight hurry. Because I can't get my forum going without and approval for more space.

I might add, I cannot move this from the public to the home either. It will not let me. I guess I'm locked where I am right now.

by the way. If you try the img link, the pictures do not show. You have to use the direct link. Go figure. Ha

I do suggest you hosting some of those image files externally instead of on your website. I suggest getting a flickr account to host some of those images that you have.

I would like to also mention.

• File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here
• • Personal Image and Video Galleries: Personal galleries are limited to 1 GB of disk space for images and videos.

Well, everything there is for automotive. To learn. And everything pertains to that field. How ever, I understand the reasons. Which in a sense pushes you to get a premium account. I guess that is what I will do, but not here. The pricing is better at another place. Thanks for your time, and comments. I guess if I only put a plain Jane forum, with nothing to show, it would be fine, right ? I might as well just have a chat that way. I will remove it shortly. Not a problem.

I do not recommend running a forum using shared hosting at all.

If you were to get a space upgrade, a staff member would need to approve it.
