hosting account suspended

Good day,

My hosting account has been suspended after I tried upgrading my WordPress blog. This is the second time it has happened. Would you suggest I do not upgrade it while I'm on free hosting?

Would you please make my hosting account active again?

Are you trying to automatically upgrade Wordpress, or are you doing the manual upgrade of it? If you're doing Automatic, give the Manual Upgrade instructions a shot. The instructions for doing so can be found in Wordpress's "Update" section where it prompts you if you wish to run the update.
