Whilst attempting to access my hosting account website this morning I was presented with an error (webpage not available). I then proceeded to attempt to connect to the site via FTP - this also failed. I then logged into my X-10 account and then into my hosting account CPanel to find that the web root directory of my website was empty and that no FTP accounts exist for my site. Having successfully connected to the site, via the web and via FTP, only the day before, it now appears that my whole hosting account has been wiped clean.
Could you please explain what has happened and recover my hosting account to its original state.
