LadyAnna,

My hosting account is suspended again. This is suspensions reason:

"You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage and process amounts."

Have no idea when my account have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage and process amounts.I'll try that this situation will not happen again.

Please switch on my account.

As this is your third warning, you will need to agree to solve the problem as soon as possible before you get unsuspended.

I apologize for the inconvenience. This thread should have been escalated to a ticket immediately after being seen, but the support representative above failed to do so. I will escalate this ticket now, so LadyAnna or another account manager can help you out as soon as possible.

Also, please note that we will never require you to upgrade from free hosting to paid hosting. Ordering paid services from x10Hosting should be done on an entirely voluntary basis on your part.
